Bernadette Peters Talks First Love and Follies on The View

It was another Broadway morning for Barbra Walters, Whoopi Goldberg and their co-hosts on The View when they welcomed to their couch “the ultimate Broadway star” Bernadette Peters. On October 11, Peters stopped by the View to chat up her fifteenth (!) Broadway show, Follies. With her signature Botticelli curls and million watt smile, Peters chatted about her character in Follies, who never gets over the man she loves and never really loves the man she marries. She shared everything from her thoughts on first love to her roots as a childhood performer and her real name.
